Requirements for Rental

You must be a Taxpayer of the Bonnet Shores Fire District to rent the Community Center.

Reservations are accepted on a “first come, first serve” basis.

The grounds of the facility may be used but they are not reserved for the exclusive use of the renter and remain available for BSFD residents.

Outside live music is not permitted.

The sale of alcoholic beverages is not permitted.

The hours of daily rental are 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

The daily fee for renting the BSFD Community Center is $400

For rentals, please fill out and return the Community Center Rental Policy-Agreement form completed with the rental fee to:

Deposits

Order of Deposits

1. A payment of $400 is due at signing of the rental agreement.
2. A second payment of $275 is due when the renter picks up the keys to cover damage, special cleaning and key loss.
3. If there is no damage or special cleaning required after the rental concludes, $200 will be refunded.
4. When the key is returned, $75 will be refunded.
